Each plated meal includes your choice of one entrée, three appetizers, one starch, and one vegetable. Prices per plate are indicated next to desired entrée. Plated dinners will also include crisp garden salad with your choice of dressings, as well as freshly baked rolls and

Our Buffet-style meals include your choice of two or three entrees, one starch selection and one vegetable selection. Pricing for the buffet option is $22 for two entrée selections and $26 for three entrée selections. Buffet option includes crisp garden salad with your choice of dressings, as well as freshly baked rolls and butter. Appetizer can be added to the buffet option for an additional cost of $3 per person for two appetizer selections or $4 per person for three appetizer choices.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is the deposit to book our reception at the Cadillac Grill?

To ensure you lock in your date, we require an initial deposit of $1000. This deposit will be applied to your final invoice amount if there is not excessive damage or clean up, the night of your event. You may pay your deposit in person by making an appointment with Panayota Proffitt at 231-775-3663. If you wish to mail in your deposit, please make the check payable to Cadillac Grill. Please include your name, phone number and date of the event in the envelope.

If I need to Cancel my event what happens to my deposit?

You can cancel 8 months before your scheduled event in order to receive your deposit back in full.

Is there an onsite ceremony location?

Yes, we do have outdoor and indoor ceremony locations available. Our outdoor location is on the lawn just off the 18th green. If there happens to be inclement weather the day of your wedding, we will be able to host the ceremony indoors. We will need to know by 10 am that day if you wish to bring your ceremony indoors.

It will be $ 200 to host your ceremony with us.

What time will the ceremony start?

Ceremony can start from 3:00 on. You pick the time.

Do you provide a tent or chairs for the ceremony?

We do not provide seating for your ceremony. White chairs are available from a rental service. Rates change depending on the season.

Can we bring in our own alcohol?

State Laws prohibit any alcohol being provided from an outside source. All beverages must be provided by the Cadillac Grill.

What if I have less than 150 Guest? Do I still get the whole place rented to myself? 
If  there are less than a 150 guest there will be a charge for 150 meals or a $1500.00 Non- refundable room fee or the other half of restaurant will be open for business.

What is the maximum capacity?

Our Air-conditioned dining area can hold up to 300 guests, and has a panoramic view overlooking the golf course. We also have a large balcony available for your use.

Do you provide table linens and napkins?

Each table linen is an additional $6 charge. Napkins will be provided without any additional charge. Table linens come in three colors to choose from- black, white, and ivory. Napkins are available in 25 different colors to choose from. Color samples are available.

How many hours can we reserve?

The average wedding reception lasts about six hours. We will work with you to ensure all of your activities can be fit into this time frame. All receptions must end at midnight. Last call for alcohol will be given at 11:30.

Is there a dance floor?

We have a permanent wooden dance floor in our dining area.

Who is in charge of booking the entertainment?

It is your responsibility to book your own entertainment for the wedding/reception. We can give you some suggestions. All vendors are required to provide their own equipment, including tables. It is also the vendor’s responsibility to remove all equipment, props, décor, etc. at the end of the event.

Are there restrictions on decorations?

All floral arrangements and centerpieces must meet current fire and safety regulations. Candles must be in a holder or globe that will contain all the wax. Tape is not permitted on painted walls. Push pins or sticky tack is acceptable. Glitter is not permitted on tables or chairs. You are responsible for removal of your personal decorations and flowers at the end of the evening. Larger items can be left overnight and picked up on Sunday. Our facility can be open for your use as early as 10 A.M. on Saturday for decorating. Some larger items can be brought in during the week and stored providing there are no scheduled events. Your decorators are responsible for tearing down and removing their own items.

Do you have a cake cutting fee?

We will cut your cake and serve it to your guests for $1 per slice. You may choose to have a friend or family member cut your cake and buffet serve it. Please let us know if you will be saving the top. You will need to bring a storage container of some sort to take the top with you.

Do you offer a tasting?

Once your event has been booked and your deposit has been paid, we will set up a personal menu tasting for you for a fee of $100.00  for up to six people. We would need at least two weeks’ notice to schedule a food tasting. Any food left over from the tasting can be boxed up to go home with you.

Do I use a seating chart?

If you are having plated meals with more than one entrée or specialty item, a seating chart is required. Placement cards are necessary they indicate which entrée will be served.

How do you determine the cost of the bar?

The bar is a great way to customize your reception. There are many different options available for you to choose from. Your bar service can be as simple or elaborate as you would like it to be. There is no minimum dollar amount required.

What happens if a guest gets too intoxicated?

We will not serve anyone who is under the age of 21 and anyone who does not have the proper photo identification. Cadillac Grill reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to anyone we judge to be intoxicated, even during a private event, such as a wedding reception. Our bar closes half an hour prior to the end of your scheduled event.

Can we smoke?

Smoking is not allowed in any Michigan Facility as of May 1, 2010. You may smoke outside in the designated area.

Is there tax and gratuity added on the bill?

Yes, there will be 6% sales tax and 20% gratuity added onto your final bill.

When is my final payment due?

Final payment is due at the end of the evening.
